Deposit Policy
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to lock your reservation on
our waiting/puppy list. It is non-refundable to the point of GLL not
being able to provide you a puppy that meets your request per the
questionnaire.
Once the litters are born, if, GLL is unable to provide a puppy of the
requested gender, or one of the colors specified (must list at least 2
colors on our primary list) it is the customer's choice: Refund deposit or
GLL retains deposit and customer moves to top of next litters waiting
list.
Delivery
There are basically 3 ways to take delivery of your puppy. First is
commercial air travel. We will arrange to have your puppy flown to the
airport nearest you for pickup. Owner will be responsible for travel
costs, which will include the airfare plus cost of travel crate and a $20
delivery fee. Costs will be provided by GLL. Airfare and crate will be a
"pass along" cost, no markup, only the $20 cost to cover airport
expenses. No puppies will be flown prior to 10 weeks of age.
Second option is for the owner to pick up their puppy at a scheduled
appointment here at GLL.
Another choice in some cases is delivery. For a nominal fee GLL may be
able to deliver your puppy to your home or meet you part way. This is
only within 150 miles.
